Robert Samuel Hanson is a freelance illustrator, originally from the north of England but has been based in Berlin for years. He enjoys playing with lines and shapes and making work with character and humor. He likes simplifying complex ideas and making simple things interesting.

Robert works with clients such as Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung, Goethe Institute, Google, Penguin Books, Spiegel Wissen, The Economist, The New Yorker, The New York Times, Toyota among many others.
